Some highlights from the week:

• A Twinity update on Wednesday and some related issues
• Our new customer satisfaction survey got several more responses, and we got some great feedback there - things are looking up in most areas, but still a lot of room to improve
• A visit to London for the FMCA conference

There were also some really great things happening behind the scenes this week. Sorry we can’t go into that, but there are very exciting things ahead!
