Spiced up our blog
If you’re a regular reader of this blog, you’ve probably noticed a few small changes, like the sidebar polls, the sharing links, and a few other little things.
We’ve added a little polling device in the sidebar, where we’ll be featuring little questions from time to time, just to get your feedback. The first one, live now already, is to see whether you’ve already signed up for the Yumondo beta or not. If you haven’t, you should. Yumondo has gotten great reviews, summarized in this posting on the Yumondo blog. We’re just delighted with the reception.
For you Digg and del.icio.us fans out there, we wanted to add simple tools to let you jot down a reminder of our site or a posting on our side quickly and easily, but we didn’t want to target it just to you. So, using the excellent Share This plugin from Alex King for WordPress, we now have a tool that ties in to a ton of the most popular social bookmarking sites. Enjoy.
We’ve also added support for podcasting, and we’ll occasionally do a podcast or two. We’re not 100% sure what topics we’ll be talking about, but for subjects where it’s easier to describe in spoken word than in written word, we’ll be using that.
Oh, and we’ve turned on the author profile pages. You can always get more info about the person who wrote an entry there, and you should be able to contact us through there. Of course, you can always contact us by leaving a comment.
